1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ph969," "we," "us," "our" refers to ph969.club and the operating entity behind the platform, licensed and regulated by PAGCOR to provide online gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on ph969.club and uses any of the services offered on the platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on ph969.club through which a player accesses the services.
• "Platform" means the ph969.club website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, and any future applications developed and operated by ph969.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player into their ph969 wallet using eligible payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other supported channels.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives awarded by ph969 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal conversion.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph969. Your continued use of the ph969 platform — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

ph969 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on ph969.club. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.3 One Account per Player. Each individual may register only one ph969 account. Only one account per household, per device, and per payment method (including per GCash or Maya number) is permitted. ph969 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts are subject to termination and balance forfeiture.

3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph969 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP verification codes with any third party. ph969 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you formally notify ph969 of a security breach.

4.2 Account Suspension. ph969 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, duplicate account detection, KYC non-compliance, or other policy violations are suspected. During the suspension period, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be temporarily held pending the outcome of the investigation.

4.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. ph969 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to ₱100 to the dormant account balance after providing prior notice to the registered mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Methods. ph969 currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph969 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at ph969 is ₱100 via e-wallet (GCash, Maya). Minimum amounts for bank transfer channels may vary. Refer to the Cashier section after login for current limits.

5.3 Processing Time. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited to the ph969 wallet within seconds of successful authorization. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day depending on the originating institution.

5.4 Source of Funds. ph969 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations under Philippine law. Players must only deposit funds that belong to them and originate from legitimate sources.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified ph969 players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are not permitted directly — bonus funds must first be converted to Real Money Balance by satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

6.2 Processing Time. ph969 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. ph969 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

6.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ph969 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000 or where unusual activity is detected on the account.

6.4 Tax Obligations. Players are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from their winnings under Philippine law. ph969 is not responsible for any tax liability incurred by players as a result of gaming activity on the platform.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ph969 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer in the ph969 Promotions section. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that specific offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and any game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms. Contributing less than the full game weighting to wagering (e.g., live casino games typically contributing less than slots) is standard practice and is detailed per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. ph969 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes simultaneously), using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, and collusion between players to artificially fulfill wagering. Bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Termination

13.1 By ph969. ph969 may close, suspend, or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ph969 is required to do so by regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority; (c) ph969 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) ph969 ceases operations or discontinues the service.

13.2 By the Player. You may close your ph969 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Upon closure, any real money balance (net of any bonus-derived funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Your continued use of ph969 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
